I notice one of the leading contributors to the JISC Curriculum Champions list (the best ILT resource anywhere, incidentally) using this to ask several hundred of us to update a list of which VLEs we were using. So it has some hevyweight approval there. Have to say, though, that I found the editing interface a bit old and maybe a page like this would have been better. It did have the great benefit of simplicity, however, and that is particularly relevant when trying to keep students on track and not wandering off to edit something they shouldn't!
